About JOSH

TRAINING differently

Josh has over 13 years experience, 10,000+ hours coached and has helped more than 1000 clients get fitter, stronger and move better in London, Dubai and currently Bangkok.

A highly qualified PT with additional qualifications in gymnastics, endurance, powerlifting, olympic lifting, mobility, rehabilitation, breathing technique, strongman training and sandbags and has worked with everyone from absolute beginners to professional sports people from 11 different sports academies. 

Coach Josh has the knowledge and experience to help you reach your goals - whatever they are. 

MORE THAN STRENGTH TRAINING

I teach clients how to build body awareness and the relative strength to relieve and prevent aches and pains or injuries.

Using a functional movement assessment, I help to identify the root cause and build a plan to reverse dysfunction or imbalance in the body. We will work together to restore strength and mobility to teach you how to move better and remain healthy for good.
